Who We Are

NurroPro ("we," "us") is a Premiere Pro plugin developed by the bynurro team. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and Member Area, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: your email address and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password), plus an optional display name.
  • License information: your license code, tier (Free/PRO), and a device fingerprint used to bind a PRO license to one machine at a time.
  • Payment information: checkout is processed by TriPay, a third-party payment gateway. We store a reference to your transaction, not your card or e-wallet details — those never touch our servers.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run NurroPro:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
  • TriPay — processes payments for PRO purchases.
  • Resend — delivers transactional emails (welcome email and purchase receipts) to your inbox. We only share your email address with Resend for this purpose, never for marketing without your consent.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to:

  • Create and secure your account
  • Issue, validate, and support your NurroPro license
  • Process your purchase and send you a confirmation
  • Respond when you contact us for support

We do not sell your information, and we do not currently run any advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (via Supabase Auth) and a small piece of local browser storage to remember pricing-countdown timing. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account and license data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see below.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Your name and password can be updated directly from Member Area → Profile. For anything else, including full account deletion, contact us using the details below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as NurroPro grows — for example, if we add email marketing or analytics tools in the future, we'll update this page first and reflect the change here.
