NurroPro PRO is a one-time purchase, not a subscription - please read this before buying.
You're eligible for a refund if:
- The plugin fails to install on your PC - this is a full 100% refund, no conditions attached
- It installs, but doesn't work on a supported Premiere Pro version (CC 2022+) after our team has tried to help you fix it. A few features need a newer Premiere Pro, and each one says so: the Text Animation templates need Premiere Pro 2024 or newer
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction)
- You bought PRO by mistake and haven't activated the license on any device yet - contact us within 3 days of purchase
We can't offer a refund if:
- You've already activated the PRO license on a device
- More than 3 days have passed since your purchase
- You simply changed your mind, or expected features NurroPro doesn't offer
- A feature that needs a newer Premiere Pro than yours doesn't run on your version (for example Text Animation on Premiere Pro 2022 or 2023). Updating Premiere Pro through Creative Cloud makes it work
