Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NurroPro, an Adobe Premiere Pro plugin developed by the bynurro team ("we," "us"). By creating an account, downloading, or using NurroPro, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the plugin.

The Software

NurroPro is offered in two tiers: Freemium (free forever, limited feature set) and PRO (a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks every feature, including free minor version updates going forward).

License Grant & Restrictions

When you get PRO, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use NurroPro — we don't sell you the software itself or its source code. This license comes with a few conditions:

• A PRO license can be active on one device at a time. You can switch which device that is from your Member Area whenever you need to.
• Your license code is tied to your account — don't share, sell, or publish it. We may deactivate a license found being shared or resold.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell NurroPro or any part of it.

Payments & Refunds

PRO purchases are processed securely through TriPay. Prices may increase over time, but if you've already bought PRO, your lifetime access is locked in — you'll never be charged again for the same license. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

NurroPro, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by the bynurro team. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NurroPro is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it stable and compatible with supported Premiere Pro versions, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every project or workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, bynurro isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NurroPro — including lost time, footage, or project files. Always keep your own backups of your Premiere Pro projects.

License Termination

We may suspend or deactivate your license if these Terms are violated — for example, license sharing/reselling, or abusive behavior toward our team or other users. You can also stop using NurroPro and delete your account at any time from Member Area → Profile.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as NurroPro grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever that happens — continuing to use NurroPro after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
